Northern Empire Minerals Ltd. ("Empire") is pleased to announce that Empire has retained Endeavour Financial Corporation ("Endeavour") to provide Empire with advisory and consulting services with respect to its strategic direction and corporate development.

Empire has agreed to pay to Endeavour a retainer of $2500 per month plus expenses for the consulting services to be provided by Endeavour.

Empire views this step along with its property acquisitions as strategic steps in establishing itself as a dominant player in the emerging Coronation Diamond District. Empire is continuing to pursue opportunities in diamond exploration throughout Canada.
